My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and functional, with great views of the Malecón and the ocean, and there were fantastic restaurants within walking distance. However, the rooms were in need of a major renovation. The service was generally good, with kind and friendly staff, although some seemed a bit inconvenienced. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and bars in Vedado, perfect for enjoying the evenings. The dining experience was very good, especially the diverse menu and warm service. The facilities were worth noting, although there were some areas in need of improvement.

The attentive service is exceptional, especially from Ivis and Rosana who go above and beyond to assist guests. I just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice with a wonderful view of the Malecón toward Old Havana. They were right across from each other, providing a nice view of the ocean. The location was great as it is in Malecón, offering great views of the Malecón and ocean with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. However, the ground around the hotel wasn't very clean, with litter like straws and cigarette butts. Overall, a wonderful experience with minor cleanliness issues.
